With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nelson Dotson of Seaman, Ohio, who passed away on July 2, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Dotson and Sarah Dotson (Rasnick); and his brothers, Chester and William "Bill" Dotson. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Dotson (Thompson); his children, Troy Dotson (Amy) of Dotson Road, Brian Dotson (Stacey) of Dotson Road and Mary Jane Dotson of Dotson Road; his grandchildren, Makyia Dotson, Kaylan Nehus (Nathan), Kennedi Dotson, Kaleb Dotson, Kaden Dotson and Ashley Dotson; his great grandchildren, McKenna and Brylee Nehus; and his sisters, Barbara Eakins (Jim) of Shelby, Ohio and Debbie Dotson of Maysville, Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
