He is survived by: his children, Amber Pierce (Tim) of Greenup, Kentucky and Adam Hill of Mount Orab; his siblings, Ron Hill (Kathie) of West Union and Rita Purcell (James Schumacher) of Seaman; his stepfather Joe Spurlock; his close friends, Annette Richards and Abigail Ferryman; and his grandchildren, Emma, Layla, Tenslie and Aniston.
