He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Allen and Effie Allen (Bean); and his wife Janice Allen (Shearer). He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth Tipton of Seaman, Ruby Carroll (John) of Dayton, Rhonda Ornduff (Skip) of Carlisle, Ohio and Rose Stevens (Steve) of Miamisburg; and his brother Roy Allen of La Vergne, Tennessee.. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren, and great, great-grandchild.
