She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dixon and Bertha Shaw Dixon; her husband Jack A. Rhoades; her son Ronald Wallingford; her siblings, Geneva Boyd and Ray Dixon; and her half-brothers, Newell and Elmo Calvert.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Wallingford of Maineville and Michael Wallingford (Mandy) of Hillsboro; and her sisters, Mildred Tucker of Maysville, Faye Ginn of Vanceburg and Carol Foster of Winchester, Ohio.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren.
