Rankin, Jr. of Seaman, Robby Rankin of Manchester and Bertha Rankin of Peebles; her grandchildren, Luke Dillon, Shyanna Dillon and Riddick Rankin; her great grandchildren, Chloe and Corbin Moore; and her siblings, Marvin Evans of Peebles, Norman Evans of Seaman, Bobby Evans of Blue Creek, Larry Evans of Clermont County, Lois Evans of Peebles, Doris Sissel of Portsmouth and Geneva Hall of Portsmouth.
