She is survived by: her children, Debbie Palmer (Charlie) and Donathon McIntosh (Denise); her stepchildren, Aleana Mekelburg, Brian of California, Juanita Miller of Cincinnati, Roger Blakely and Denise of Tennessee; her brothers, Robert McIntosh (Linda) and Kelly McIntosh of West Union; her sister-in-law Teresa Campbell of Peebles; her grandchildren, Brent Davis, Stephanie, Chasity Glascock, Ryan McIntosh, Destini, Grant McIntosh, Katie, Alayna McIntosh and Lauren McIntosh; her great grandchild Kathryn Hope; and her grandchildren, Ashton Emery and Copas James. She is also survived by several step grandchildren; and many friends.
