He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hendrickson Hughes; his children, Karen Hughes Truitt and David Hughes; his granddaughter Lydia Truitt; and his siblings, Orville M. (Sonnie) of Sevierville, TN, Eugene Hughes (Barb) of West Union and Evelyn Salyers (Bill Joe) of Amelia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
