She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cox and Minnie Inez Cox (Thompson); her husband Robert "Bob" Arledge; her granddaughters, Holly Vogel and Peggy Sue Arledge; and her siblings, Helen Hise, Gladys Rader, Nellie Smith, Carolyn Wooten, George Cox, Donald Cox, Robert Cox, Paul Cox and Winston Dale Cox.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Julie Parker of Greenfield, Debra Hughes of West Virginia, Kelley Hughes of Florida, Clayton Cole (Rhiannon) of Hillsboro, Donny Cole (Amanda) of Peebles, Amanda Edison of Leesburg, Tommy Cole (Stacey) of Leesburg, Emily Smith of Wilmington, Glenn Thomas Arledge, Jr. of Wilmington, Felicia Elliott of Hillsboro, Dorothy Arledge of Freeport, Catherine Arledge of Bay City and Johnathon Arledge of Bay City, Texas; her sister Pauline Arledge (Wayne) of Hillsboro; and her sister-in-law Wilma Cox of Hillsboro. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
