She is survived by: her sons, Anthony "Tony" Crawford (Carol) of Cherry Fork and Douglas Crawford of Seaman; and her siblings, Donald Polley of Tollesboro, Kentucky, Betty Wills of Kentucky and Janet Bartee of Kentucky. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
