He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Jacobson of Hillsboro; his sisters, Kimberly, Angela of Somerset Ky, Donniea and Genia of Peebles Ohio; his children, Sarah Cammarata (Jason), Nicholas Sumpter and Madison Sumpter (Chris Cowman) of Hillsboro Ohio; and his stepchildren, Mahala Conte (Brian) of Waynesville Ohio and Jayson Stamper (Samantha Walker) of Winchester Ohio.
