He is survived by: his wife Beverly Smiley (Palmer); his daughters, Katie Ragan (Glen, Jr.) of Winchester, Diane Daniels (Chris) of Russellville, Michelle Wheeler (Adam) of West Union and Melissa Powell (Chris) of Seaman; his siblings, James Smiley of Mt. Orab and Mary Ethel Smiley of Seaman; and his grandchildren, Allison, Ethan, Dillon, Natalie, Morgan, Jacob, Haylee, Hunter, Wyatt and Brooklyn.
