He is survived by: his mother Betty Elizabeth Turley; his wife Judy Boggs; his children, Shannon Boggs of Chesapeake, Robby Boggs (Michelle) of Kitts Hill, Ohio and Susan Riley (Rick) of Chesapeake, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brittany Riley, Amber Wolfe, Robby Boggs, Danielle Mitchell and Andrew Boggs; his great grandchildren, Brayden Chapman, Jayln Wolfe, Cayden Wolfe, Aubree Webb, Sydney Mitchell, Brylie Boggs and Piper Boggs; his brother Bobby Boggs of Proctorville; and his half-brother Paul Callicoat of Proctorville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
