She is survived by: her children, Kathy Lewis, April Gallaway, Debra Bruce, Jason Bruce, Scottie Bruce, Douglas Bruce and Charlie Hartman; her siblings, Roger, James, Johnny, Donny, Carl, Roy Lewis, Debra, Becky, Katie and Kathy Lewis; and her grandchildren, Jesse, Tylor, Alli, Levi, Breanna, Jaiden, Dustin, Michael, Sara and Krystal.
