With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Kipp of Scottown, Ohio, who passed away on February 17, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ross and Minnie Mann; her sister Wilba Robbins; and her granddaughter Cara Beth Webb. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Webb, Tommy Childers (Mysti), Mike Childers (Sharon) and Karen Livingston (David); and her brothers, James Mann and Edwin Mann. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and their spouses, 12 great grandchildren.
