With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Newcomer Inkley of Scott, Ohio, who passed away on February 22, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Chisholm Newcomer and Frank Christian Newcomer; and her children, Christian Manuel (William), Leslie Halloran (James), Scott Inkley, Jr. (Roxanne) and Sabrina Ann Inkley. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Cleveland Museum of Art or a charity of your choice.
