He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Parsons and Alice Parsons (McCray); his son Kevin Parsons; and his siblings, Kenneth Parsons, Richard Parsons, Betty Vaught, Shirley Arnett, Barb Moorman, Martha Stripe and Myles Parsons.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Parsons of Scott; his children, Annette Seibert of Scott, Rodney Parsons (Gina) of Bluffton and Amy Cunningham (Scott) of Van Wert; and his siblings, Carl Parsons (Judy), Romaine Sparks, Roger Parsons (Linda) and Merle Parsons (Deb). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory (722 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Salvation Army.
