He is survived by: his parents, Gregory R. Bland (Anne) of Woodburn and Barbara Elliott; his fiancé Mauranda Huffman of Scott; his children, Viktor Bland, Damyen Bland and Mauriella Bland; his grandparents, Gregory A. Bland (Annette Seibert) of Scott, Rita R. Bland of Van Wert and Candice Dunno; his aunt Lori Bland of Van Wert; and his half-siblings, Abby Brock and Legend Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Cody's three children.
