She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Farrar (Wells) and William Farrar. She is survived by: her husband Scott Yawberg; and her siblings, Caroline Orrick (William), Elizabeth Edwards and John Xavier Farrar.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Intensive Care Unit at Miami Valley Hospital (One Wyoming Street Dayton, OH 45409) for the hospitality and care that they continuously showed Ann.
