He is survived by: his daughters, Lavonda Worthington of Sciotoville and Anita Fannin (Jeff) of Sciotoville; his siblings, Phyllis Ann Hoover of Leaksville and DeFort Bowen of Alabama; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Fannin (Tiffany), Kayla Mays, Kyle Bailey and Mykkia Worthington; and his great grandchildren, Brady Hadsell, Colton Fannin and Mayleigh Mays.
