She was predeceased by: her parents, Oral Asche Sisler and Hallmark Gift Store; her husband Paul Dennis Shoemaker, Sr.; her son Paul Dennis Shoemaker, Jr.; and her siblings, Wesley Sisler, Algon Sisler, George Sisler and Retha Madrid.

She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Hoskins (Danny) of Dayton; and her granddaughter Amber Hoskins.
