He is survived by: his parent Ronald Lee Clay, Sr. of Sciotoville; his wife Kellie Michelle Hatfield Clay; his daughters, Kelsie Bellew (Sam) of Greenup, KY and Destiny; his siblings, Michael James Clay of Sciotoville, Christopher Lee Clay (Megan) of Sciotoville, Jamie Leeann Ruth Clay of Sciotoville and Brandie Ann Fitzpatrick (Shannon) of West Portsmouth; his grandchildren, Addyson, Ainsley, Frye and Willow Blevins; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Clay, Brooke Fitzpatrick, Tyler Fitzpatrick, Mercedes Clay, Lexie Clay, Ethan Feeman, Aaron Cooke, Haiden Cooke, Josh Lavey and Angelica Mead.
