He was predeceased by: his siblings, Roger, Richard Bonzo and Dorothy Beadle. He is survived by: his wife Bridget Goetz Bonzo; his children, Dr. James Matthew Bonzo (Dorothe) of Sand Lake, MI, Sandra Ellen Bonzo of Sciotoville, Debora Ann Phillips (Geof) of Wilmington, OH and Terry Jo Heffelfinger (Jeff) of Burlington, NC; his sister Dr. Suzann Bonzo of Sciotoville; and his grandchildren, Matthew Heffelfinger, Matthias Bonzo (Brooke), Mallory Heffelfinger and Hannah Phillips. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews; and a very special friend.
