She was predeceased by: her husband Sherman Wesley Mershon; her siblings, Vernon Blake, James Blake, Omer Blake and Corbia Yeley; her granddaughter Aiza Mershon; and her son-in-law Dan Bateman.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Mershon of Hawaii, James W. Mershon (Robin) of New Comerstown, Polly Youngwerth (Frank) of Hudson, Nancy Bateman of Minford and Mary Martin (Ted) of Delaware; her niece Barbara King; and her daughters, Rhonda King of Slocum and Beth King of Slocum. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
