She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Havens; her daughter Nancy Denney; and her sisters, Hilda Bowen, Jean Dingess, Pauline Inman, Elnora Walker and Sarah Havens.
She is survived by: her parent Grace Woodruff Havens; her sons, William Gilpin, Jr. and Paul Gilpin; her grandsons, Doug Denney of Wheelersburg and Scott Denney of Columbus; and also Restaurant. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
