He is survived by: his wife Shelly Snyder Justice; his children, Donald Justice Jr. (Beth) of Lynchburg, OH, Betty Semones of Minford and Mary Crawford of Wheelersburg; his brothers, Jeff Justice of Sunrise, FL, Steve Justice of Portsmouth, Darrell Semones of Sciotoville, Dude Semones of Sciotoville, Randy Semones of Alabama, Bruce Semones of Lantana, FL and Mike Semones of Minford; his grandchildren, Zachary, Justin, Donald and Holli; and his uncles, Bill and Ronnie Justice.
