It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Monroe (Sciotoville, Ohio), born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Barbara Dodds Maynard of South Webster and Claude Maynard; her husband Sherman "Eddie" Monroe; her children, Brian Monroe of Lucasville, Barbara Stanley (Robert) of Wheelersburg, Buffy Monroe of Wheelersburg and Bobbie Rosen; and her siblings, Kenneth Maynard of Portsmouth, Cheryl Phillips (Landy) and Brenda Heefner of Minford. She was also cherished by seventeen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
