She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Monroe and Bonnie Monroe (Greene) of Sciotoville; her siblings, Wanda Dodds, Walt and Carlos Monroe; and her daughter-in-law Angie Salisbury.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Salisbury of Lucasville and Donnie Salisbury of New Boston; and her siblings, Charles Monroe (Karen) of Grove City, Richard Monroe (Yong) of Indianapolis, Eddie Monroe of Sciotoville, Mary Martin of Wheelersburg, Beverly Mullins (Roy) of Grove City and Cheryl Feeman (Tim) of Wheelersburg. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brant Funeral Service (422 Harding Ave, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (8580 Gallia Pike, Franklin Furnace, OH 45629).
