He was predeceased by: his parents, Zygfryd B Dulkoski and Audrey Mae Grim Dulkoski; his brothers, Robert Grim, Junior Dulkoski, Jerry Lee and Thomas Patrick Dulkoski; and his parents-in-law, Mary and Don White.
He is survived by: his wife Pam White Dulkoski; his children, Daniel Wayne Dulkoski (Frankie) and Stephanie Jo Risdon (Bud) of Hopedale; his grandchildren, Hannah and Isaac Dulkoski; his great grandchild Ellie Risdon; and his siblings, Gary Dulkoski of New Philadelphia, Larry Dulkoski (Susan Cain) of Germano and Gloria Carson (Mike) of New Lexington.
