He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Cunningham and Judith Snyder Cunningham; and his great grandchild Avery. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Cunningham II (Latisha Farrow), Bridgett Cunningham (Travis Curry), Cortney Cooley (Michael Jr.) and Sarah Acconey (Lance Stofen); and his former wife Tammy Shockley. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
