He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Amos and Edith Amos; and his brother Scott Amos. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Falls Amos; his daughters, Mandy Shaffer (Brady) and Heidi Fowler (Mark); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Tanner Fowler, Tate and Scarlett Shaffer.
