It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruble James Pratt of Scio, Ohio, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Pratt and Olive Brinkley Pratt; his former wife Iris Riley Pratt; and his brother Arden Pratt. He is survived by: his wife Vickie S. Augustine Pratt; his children, Robert J. Pratt (Sheila), Diana S. Pratt, Karen L. Master (Bob), Paula J. Philpott and Nancy L. Straw; his stepchildren, Richard DeLand, Christienne Ruth (Patrick) and Michael DeLand (Kristin); and his sister-in-law Brenda Pratt. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
