He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matusik and Frances Kroflich Matusik; his wife Karen Rapavi Matusik; his son Roger Matusik Jr.; his brothers, John Matusik Jr., Walter Matusik and Bernard Matusik; and his brother-in-law Bernie Rapavi.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Needler (Kip) and Ronald Matusik (Melinda Mansfield); his grandchildren, Ciara Matusik, Joshua Moser, Jenna Moser, Alexis Matusik and Ron Matusik Jr.; his great grandchild Ava Matusik; his brothers, Robert Matusik (Marie), Tom Matusik (Lisa) and Danny Matusik (Denise); his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Matusik, Linda Matusik, Donna Jankow (Al), Joyce Kowalczyk (Bob) and Jeanette Koleski (Dave); and his mother-in-law Mary Rapavi.
