She is survived by: her son Jerome "Jerry" Middaugh (Jacki) of Scio; her grandson Joseph James (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Rowan and Jett; her granddaughters, Christina James and Samantha Middaugh (Chance McAfee); and her siblings, Roberta Clark, Mary Moore (Everet), Wayne "Sonny" Middaugh, John Middaugh (Pam), Edwin Middaugh and Lori Bailey (Matt).
