She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl R. Bolitho and Mildred G. DeWalt Bolitho; her son John McAfee; and her sisters, Jane Coffield, Martha Boone, Ellen Ross, Mary Bailey of Virginia and Eleanor Kay Eddy.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph E. McAfee; her sons, Ross McAfee and Charles "Chuck" McAfee (Ruth); her daughter-in-law Janice McAfee; her grandsons, Dustin, Tyler and Daniel James McAfee; her stepgrandchildren, Bill Phillips and Stacie Bates; her stepgreat-grandson Trenton James Phillips; and her siblings, Carl "Bud" Bolitho, John Bolitho, Delores Ross, Carol DeWalt, Norma Cagot, Maxine Norris and Audrey Birney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
