He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Forrest and Ona Ashby Forrest; his wife JoAnn Carothers Forrest; his daughters, Krystal Redfern (Chris Moore) of Louisianna, Lacie Forrest of Louisianna, Ashley Fulmer (Preston) of Virginia and Dakota Beckley (Tori) of Adena; and his siblings, Ronnie Forrest (Eunice) of Kentucky, Dinah Howard (Robert) of Kentucky, Kay Patton (Charles) of Kentucky and Jeff Forrest (Debbie) of Kentucky.

Memorial contributions may be made to Koch Funeral Home, PO Box 193, Scio, Ohio 43988 to help with his funeral expenses.
