He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Blair Miller and Artie Odessa Pendleton Miller; his sons-in-law, John Scarlet and Clinton Smith; his siblings, Lloyd, Royal Miller and Sylvia McDaniels; and his half-brother Norman Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Jean Scarlet of Carrollton, Daryl Miller of Minerva, Pam Saylor of North Port, FL, Greg Miller of North Port, FL and Kimberly Smith of Cadiz; and his grandchildren, Rhonda, Cassie, Dustin, Brittany, Brian, Katie and Kiera. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
