He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bowers and Marjorie Bowers (Long). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Dietrich; his children, Christy Bowers and Mike Bowers (Kim); his siblings, Dottie Porter (Jerry) and Tim Bowers (Debbie); and his great grandchildren, Kasey, Kaleb, Charlotte, Winnie and Karrigan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
