With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel L Wright Paxton of Scio, Ohio, who passed away on January 17, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Raymond Crimm and Patti Levinia Liggett Crimm; her former husband Rollin Edward Wright; and her husband Rev. L. Jack Paxton. She is survived by: her son-in-law Donald Pettay; her siblings, Harold Crimm, Bill Crimm, Bernice Specht, Beulah Chaney, Ivalena Loy and Maxine Yager; her daughters, Donna Dunlap (Gene) of Carrollton and Joyce Pettay of New Philadelphia; her stepchildren, Sarah Ardila (Fabian) and Tim Paxton; and her grandchildren, Sherry Noble (Fred), Brenda Brooks (Corey), Gene Dunlap II (Jackie), Michael Pettay (Tif) and Andrea Poillucci (Paul). She is also survived by great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
