With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Rager of Scio, Ohio, born in Dennison, Ohio, who passed away on May 26, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sherman Rager and Thelma Mohn Rager; his wife Virginia Riggs Rager; and his siblings, Dale, William "Billy", Jr., Sue and Lois.

He is survived by: his stepson Bob Riggs of Winter Springs, FL; his granddaughters, Almie Baker (Ted) of Winter Springs, FL and Angie Simms (Brian) of Westerville, OH; his great grandchild Gene Riggs (Melissa); his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Hidey of Cadiz and Rex Morgan of Hopedale; his close friend Peppy III; and also, Griffin of Hilliard, OH, Teddy and Ryan Baker of Winter Springs, FL.
