She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow W. Harper and Olive Harper (Landaker); her husband John Cowling; her children, Johnny Cowling and Cherie Griffith; her grandson Christopher Cowling; and her sisters, Irene Harper and Donna Mihalvich.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Bowser (Ruth), Rick Bowser (Jeanette), Joanna Bowser and Cheryl L. Herndon; and her siblings, William R. Cowling and Crystal Regula. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren.
