She was predeceased by: her mother Freda M. Kolb (Herbstreit); her husband Joseph Noppert; her son Dennis Noppert; her father Raymond J. Kolb Sr.; and her brother Ramond Kolb Jr. (Carol).
She is survived by: her children, Janice Fliehman, Denice Cannon and Robin Noppert; her grandchildren, Tara Egan (Ed), Bob Fliehman, Joe Noppert (Rachel), Jim Noppert (Missy) and Jon Noppert; her great grandchildren, Robert, Ryan, Aiden, Joe, Carson, Kylie and Layla; and her close friend Donna Deyhle.
