She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Goins and Christina Goins; her husband Edwin "Moose" Mossman; her sons, Edwin "Donny" Mossman Jr. and Charles "Chuck" Mossman; and her siblings, William T., George A., Jesse, Roger Lee Goins, Shirley Snelling and Joyce Moser.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Marie Canter (Rick), Teresa "Teri" McCoy, Richard Mossman Sr. and Ted Mossman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Since Janet loved children the family asks that all donations be made to a family that is need of help for medical bills.
