He is survived by: his child Mikey; his wife Carol Mattlin; his children, Donald Robert "Robby", Jr., Scotty Wayne Mattlin (Vickii Leppert), Brandon Bedel (Denise), Heather Stokes (Pete), Cindy Bedel-Melvin (Sarah), Michael Bedel and Mark Bedel (Kasie); his grandchildren, A. J., Megan, Alexis, Kayci, Maxwell (Hayley), Shelby, Justin, Brandi (Nick), Brittany (Jake), Karlie, Brady, Brynn, Ben, Josh, Jacob, Jace, Joey, Kameron, Kennedy and Arabella; his great grandchildren, Maddi, Lilly, Jake, Kobe, Aliyah, Carter and Cori; his sister Patricia Smith (Jack); and his siblings-in-law, Terri Mattlin, Joanne Mattlin, Patti Watson (Barry) and Gary Mills (Tina). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
