It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Billiter (Sardis, Ohio), who passed away on March 28, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Williamson; and his son Robert E. Billiter. He is survived by: his son Gary L. Billiter (Cynthia); his daughter-in-law Kathryn; his siblings, Daniel, Ervin, Odell, Pauline and Jane; and his significant other Karen Harkless. He is also survived by three grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
