He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Billiter and Wilma Billiter (Martie); and his great grandchild Hunter Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Billiter (Kurtzman); his children, Holly Snively (Matt) of Detroit, MI, Todd Billiter (Sonya) of Sardis, OH, Danny Billiter of Sardis, OH and Travis Billiter of Pittsburgh, PA; his sister Mary Koren of Vero Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Zachary, Noah, Amanda, Alex and Sammy; and his great grandchildren, Shane and Wyatt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
