He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee Neu and Delpha June Neu (Thompson); and his brother Scott Carpenter Neu. He is survived by: his children, Stephan Michael Neu and Katharine Michelle Naylor (Jeff); his grandsons, Declan Jacob Naylor and Lucas Stephen Naylor; and his siblings, Terry Neu (Teresa), Gary Neu (Sue), Tammy Mulkey (Ron) and John Neu (Donna).
