It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Barger of Sardinia, Ohio, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Barger and Imogene Barger (Tucker); and his sister Debbie Barger. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Barger (Norris); his children, Amanda Sutphin of LaFontaine, IN, Jason Bruegger of Williamsburg, Derek Bruegger of Glen Burnie, MD and Matthew Bruegger of Florence, KY; and his siblings, Pam Rospopo, Sue Barger and Steve Barger. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
