She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Bornhorst Combs of West Union, OH.; her husband John M Hughes; her daughters, Lisa Rizzo (Michael) of Schaumburg, IL and Kristine Hollon of Dayton, OH; her grandchildren, Isaac Hart, Lance Treadway, Xander and Ezra Rizzo; and her siblings, Peggy Staggs (Tony), David Combs (Angie), Carol Feldman (David) and Matt Combs (Melinda). She is also survived by her grandchildren. in addition to her mother.
