He was predeceased by: his father Guy Michael Cowan; and his granddaughter Ruby Alizabeth Ratliff. He is survived by: his mother Judi Naylor of Sardinia; his daughters, Brittany Wallace (Brandon) of Peebles and Megan Ratliff (Justin) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Hunter, Elaina, Branson, Corbin, Memphis, Everly, Lincoln and Monroe; his brothers, Justin Cowan, Brian Cowan, Casey Cowan and Kelley Cowan; and his pet Jethro. He is also survived by his mother, other surviving family members.
