She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Clarice Fawley McDermott; her husband Gerald Smith Bumgarner; and her brothers, John, James, Donald, Joe and Jerry McDermott.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Ann Riedel (Terry) of Hillsboro; her granddaughter Brandy Riedel Bennett (Dustin) of Riverview; her great grandchildren, Boston and Liberty Bennett; and her sister-in-law Helen McDermott of Hillsboro.
